Buyers: There are many opinions, but I prioritize location almost over every other buying attribute. I personally have always had to compromise to some degree - but I've never negotiated location (including schools, access to community and local attractions).

Sellers: Selling a home can seem like a daunting task - but it doesn't have to be! I help my clients do the right amount of preparation - so as to show your home well, but not create an unnecessary burden. I also enjoy helping Sellers communicate the best attributes of their home and community to the buying public.

I understand the importance of communities, schools, and local infrastructure - all decision points for families relocating - within and into the Tampa area. We enjoy everything the Gulf Coast offers our family - from the weather, boating on the bay, and our two children are avid tennis players.
